About the Retreat
We are incorporating again some of the restorative offerings of our Body Mind Restoration Retreats that we hold in the summer and fall. The buffet meals will be organic, simple and delicious. All meals will offer enough variety to satisfy gluten free, vegan, dairy and egg diets. There will be a daily selection of raw fruit, morning shake, salad, nuts, seeds, energy soup (blended greens, sprouts and other raw goodies) and rejuvelac, an enzyme rich fermented drink. We look forward to David's homemade yogurt and baked goods!
A 50% deposit reserves a space. The deposit is refundable, less a $50 handling fee, until April 10 for the April 27 retreat and April 25 for the May 11 retreat. Space is limited. Five of the eighteen private rooms are allotted to part-time participants only if there are full time rooms available. Last year the retreat filled in three days so please register early. The May 11 retreat is currently sold out for a private room with private bath. Please check for cancellations and ask to be wait listed if you can not attend the April 27 retreat. There may be bungalows, a shared room or room with a shared bath available.

A little while alone in your room will prove more valuable than anything else that could ever be given you.

Wisdom is attained in solitude.
-- Hazrat Inayat Khan
This aloneness is worth more than a thousand lives.
This freedom is worth more than all the lands on earth.
To be one with the truth for just a moment,
Is worth more than the world and life itself.
-- Rumi
